NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 24, 2013, and entered in Case Number 12-CA-057249 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., successor-by-merger to WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., a national banking association, is the Plaintiff, and MACON INC. OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, et al. are the Defendants, Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder. Foreclosure sales will be held online via the Internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 A.M. on: August 26, 2013.
The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 169, WILDCAT RUN, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 30 through 43, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
