NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-054982 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSFB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST TED DOWNING A/K/A TED ERIC DOWNING A/K/A TED E. DOWNING, DECEASED; KAREN KAY DOWNING A/K/A KAREN K. DOWNING A/K/A KAREN KAY DEERE A/K/A KAREN K. DEERE A/K/A KAREN E.
