NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 19 day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-54881, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MAIKEL DELGADO, BANK OF AMERICA NA, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A GIANNE GAUTHIER and VANESSA VETTER-DELGADO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 21 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

STARTING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE AFORESAID FRACTION OF A SECTION; THENCE NORTH 89°58'21” WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID FRACTION OF A SECTION FOR 30.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ISLAND PARK ROAD (60.00 FEET WIDE); THENCE SOUTH 00°06'09” EAST ALONG SAID WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE FOR 347.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 89°58'21” WEST FOR 73.75 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°01'39” WEST FOR 47.00 FEET TO THE CENTER POINT OF BUILDING 7072 AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PARCEL; THENCE SOUTH 89°58'21” EAST FOR 44.00 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 00°01'39” WEST FOR 36.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°58'21” WEST FOR 44.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00°01'39” EAST FOR 36.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
