Beardsworth; Stephanie A. Aylward; Unknown Tenant(s); Unknown Spouse of Martha M. Beardsworth; Unknown Spouse of Stephanie Aylward; and The Tides at Pelican Landing Condominium Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on September 18, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Situate in the County of Lee and the State of Florida, to-wit:

Condominium Unit 2209, Building 2, The Tides at Pelican Landing Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Book 4640, Page 620, et seq., together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
