NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Setting Non-Jury Trial filed June 25, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-54847 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 28 day of August, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Unit No. L-14, ST. TROPEZ, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Instrument No. 2007000165859, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
