NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Sale dated July 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-053604 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for the LXS 2007-9 is Plaintiff and wherein Francsico Cruz, Unknown Spouse of Francisco Cruz, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc as nominee for DHI Mortgage Company, Ltd., Timberwalk at Three Oaks Homeowners' Association, inc., and the State of Florida are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on the 14th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
