Defendants, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 26, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-010479, DIVISION: M, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and VILMARIE MONTEQUIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VILMARIE MONTEQUIN IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PALM RIVER TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 14th day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 3, OF PALM RIVER TOWNHOMES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGE(S) 130 THROUGH 138, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 4817 TUSCAN LOON DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33619.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
