RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed July 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-024225 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-13, is Plaintiff, and DOMINGO TAVAREZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 27, SULPHUR SPRINGS ADDITION TO TAMPA, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH EAST 5 FEET OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON WEST, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
