NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001202, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and JAMES R. BOSH; LISA K.BOSH; BRANDON TRACES HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29 AND THE NORTH 25 FEET OF LOT 28, BLOCK 4, BRANDON TRACES, A REPLAT OF MANGO PARK (PB 20 PG 40) AND A PORTION OF THE N 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
