NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-013190 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and STEVEN LUDLOW A/K/A STEVEN P. LUDLOW, PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH NATIONAL CITY BANK, ENCLAVE AT CITRUS PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A MEGAN BAINBRIDGE, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 3, ENCLAVE AT CITRUS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 58 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
