NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-005238, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and VONDA S. FINCH; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; FINANCIAL CREDIT CORP., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO.1 ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOSEPH LAVON WOOTEN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 11716-C OF RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, DATED JUY 24, 1981, AND RECORDED AUGUST 4, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3839, ON PAGES 847 THRU 932 AND AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
