NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-014495, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and NANCY R. VALENZIANO A/K/A NANCY VALENZIANO; CORINTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIZIANO VALENZIANO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM; UNIT 41, CORINTH CONDOMINIUM, ACORDING TO THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 32, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 46; AND BEING FURTHER DRSCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10473, PAGE 804 RERECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10522, PAGE 236; AND SUPPLEMENT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10523, PAGE 535, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
