NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001394, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM S. BOUTELL A/K/A WILLIAM BOUTELL A/K/A WILLIAM STEPHEN BOUTELL; BAY PORT COLONY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR COLDWELL BANKER HOME LOANS; SAN MARINO BAY CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC; MARY M. BOUTELL A/K/A MERCI BOUTELL A/K/A MARY MERCI BOUTELL A/K/A MARY MERCEDES BOUTELL and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 104, BUILDING 15, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF SAN MARINO BAY CONDOMINIUM 5, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN O.R. BOOK 4817, PAGE 1878, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
