LOT 25, OAKBRIAR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE(S) 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS A PART THEREOF SAID PART BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE MOST NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 25, RUN THENCE SOUTH 42°53'35” WEST, ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 25, 125.85 FEET TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 25, THENCE SOUTH 89°26'20” EAST, ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 25, 5.50 FEET, THENCE NORTH 40°59'12” EAST, 122.21 FEET TO THE AFORESAID NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 25 a/k/a 303 HUTCH COURT, BRANDON, FLORIDA 33510.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Kahane & Associates, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 8201 Peters Road, Ste. 3000, Plantation, FLORIDA 33324 on or before September 3, 2013, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
