NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-021112 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-13, is the Plaintiff and Elise N. Bengtson, Jeffrey C. Bengtson, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Home Capital Funding Inc., Thompson East Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
