NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-008983 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CMLTI 2006-WF2 is the Plaintiff and JULIA POLI A/K/A JULI POLI; LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CALUSA TRACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRIS RODRIGUEZ, and TENANT #2 N/K/A REBEKAH RODRIGUEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/10/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 6308 OF LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 15389, PAGES 553 THROUGH 678, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM, PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
