NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2013, entered in Case No. 13-CA-2333 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificate holders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-17, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-17 is the Plaintiff and Robert Easterday; Sherry Easterday; The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of the Certificate holders of the CWHEQ, Inc., CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-D; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 12th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK “A”, BRANDON GROVES SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 37-1 AND 37-2 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
