YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for foreclosure of lien on the following described property:
Condominium Parcel: Unit 119, BEDFORD “E” CONDOMINIUM, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1 Page 28; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2738, Page 253; and subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERIC N. APPLETON, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Bush Ross P.A., Post Office Box 3913, Tampa, FL 33601, on or before September 9, 2013, a date within 30 days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
