NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-016586, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CW1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARIA D. ACEVEDO SOUTH BAY LAKES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., FAWN RIDGE MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC., US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SL1, CAPITAL ONE BANK, FIRST FRANKLIN COMPANY, INC., ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2, FAWN RIDGE, VILLAGE “C”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
