and commonly known as 17514 and 17518 US Highway 41 North, Lutz, FL 33549, including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein as well as Personal Property, a detailed list of which may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on October 1, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
