NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 16, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-008234 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LARRY A. KAUFMAN AND MIRTHA J. KAUFMAN FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST; THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE LARRY A. KAUFMAN AND MIRTHA J. KAUFMAN FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SOMERSET MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A STEVE MASLIN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A NATALIE MASLIN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/04/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
