NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-011072 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AC5, is Plaintiff, and FLOYD FREEMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 25, Less the North 4 feet, Block 11, Clair Mel City Unit #7, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 35, page 12 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
