NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2013, and entered in 12-CA-015264, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and CRISTINA A. STOCCO A/K/A CRISTINA STOCCO; GUIDO STOCCO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITIBANK FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK N/K/A CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are defendants.
