NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-000753 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Henrilia Saint-Germain, Stephene Saint-Germain, , are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 6th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
