NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-015992 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Yamaira Hoyos, Sand Canyon Corporation f/k/a Option One Mortgage Corporation, Unknown Spouse of Yamaira Hoyos a/k/a John Restrepo, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 3rd day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 54 FEET OF LOT 19 AND THE SOUTH 11 FEET OF LOT 20, BLOCK 3, TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK, UNIT NO. 1, AS TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
