NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-19703 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., also known as Wachovia Mortgage, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and formerly known as Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, formerly known as World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Lourdes E. Fortaleza, Cross Creek Parcel K Homeowners Association, Inc., ISPC, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 3rd day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
