NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 07-15974 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of June 1, 2007 Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR5 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BR5, is the Plaintiff and Daniel Pitts, Gwen Pitts, Scott Richard Crossman, United States of America, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 9th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
