NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2013, and entered in CASE NO. 2012-CA-004190, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23 is Plaintiff and HERMOGENE ZEPHIRIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HERMOGENE ZEPHIRIN; LUDENISE J. ZEPHIRIN A/K/A LUDENISE JEAN-ZEPHIRIN A/K/A LUDENISE JEAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUDENISE J.
