NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-015005, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and G KEATING FLOYD; RHODA E. FLOYD, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
