NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-015005, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and G KEATING FLOYD; RHODA E. FLOYD, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN NORTH Oº 16' WEST, ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, A DISTANCE OF 325.0 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTH 89º 22' EAST, A DISTANCE OF 385.0 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE NORTH 0º 16' WEST, A DISTANCE OF 125.0 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTH 89º 22' EAST, A DISTANCE OF 70.0 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH 73º 04' 02” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 8.0 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH 0º 42' 40” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 122.62 FEET, RUN THENCE SOUTH 89º 22' WEST, A DISTANCE OF 75.55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
