NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-005128 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Edgar Posadas, Maria Posadas, Magnolia Green Homeowners Association of Plant City, Inc. A/K/A Magnolia Green Homeowners Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for DHI Mortgage Company LTD, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 47, BLOCK E, OF MAGNOLIA GREEN PHASE 1 , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGES 17 THROUGH 24, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
