NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-028471 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee For Hsi Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2007-HE1, is the Plaintiff and Clarence O. Howard, Alarice Howard, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
