NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-00641 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR7, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR7 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated March 1, 2006, is the Plaintiff and Carlos Lopez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Amnet Mortgage, Inc., dba American Mortgage Network of Florida, State of Florida, Tenant #1 NKA Alta Gracia Beard, Tenant # 2 Weslelly Dezena, Water Mill Village Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
