NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-11403 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and Sean Blake, Vasti Blake, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Summerfield Master Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
