NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about May 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-013447 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Trustee Company, as Trustee of The 7414 S Sherrill St. Land Trust, Oleg A. Koltunov, Lucid Phoenix Industries, LLC, Tenant #1 n/k/a Terri Allen, The Unknown Beneficiaries of The 7414 S Sherrill St. Land Trust, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 10 BLOCK 187, MAP OF PART OF PORT TAMPA CITY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 56, 57 AND 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
