NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-014889 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Carol E. Clahar, Mark M. Bailey, Summerfield Master Community Association, Inc., Tenant #1 N/K/A Amanda Wills, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
