NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-016528 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Tom Wynne, Tenant #1 n.k.a Ronnie Hall , Tenant #2 n.k.a Dorethia Hall , are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 20th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
