NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-013608 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas formerly known as Banker's Trust Company, as Trustee and Custodian for NATIXIS 2007-HE2, is the Plaintiff and Carlos Alicea, Nilsa Alicea, Tenant #1 n/k/a Jessica Alicea , are defendants the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 35 FEET OF LOT 5 AND THE NORTH 35 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 2, MCRAE MYERS BOARDMAN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
