NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-019648, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and GREGORY STRANGE A/K/A GREGORY C. STRANGE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGORY STRANGE A/K/A GREGORY C. STRANGE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR DIVERSIFIED MORTGAGE; JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A STEFAN BROWN; JOHN DOE 2 AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, MARIGOLD GARDENS UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 98 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
