NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-010606 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Bruce R. Clark, Leclare Shores Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of September 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

COMMENCE AT THE MOST SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 48, BLOCK 2, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE SOUTH 80 DEGREES 37 MINUTES 44 SECONDS WEST , 102.37 FEET, THENCE 26.80 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A RADIUS OF 75.00 FEET, A DELTA OF 20 DEGREES 28 MINUTES 35 SECONDS A CHORD LENGTH OF 26.66 FEET, AND A CHORD BEARING OF NORTH 19 DEGREES 36 DEGREES 33 SECONDS WEST, THENCE NORTH 60 DEGREES 09 MINUTES 09 SECONDS E, 126.76 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 71.54 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
