NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-007768 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and PHILLIP CORCORAN; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1 N/K/A JANE DOE (WOULD NOT PROVIDE HER NAME) are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 09/10/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 2 AND THE NORTH 7.00 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 25, DEMOREST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EASTERLY PORTION THEREOF BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 25 OF THE AFOREMENTIONED SUBDIVISION, RUN SOUTH (ASSUMED BEARING) 67.00 FEET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE NORTH 7.00 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 25, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 56 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST, 36.30 FEET ALONG SAID SOUTH BOUNDARY, THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 20 MINUTES 31 SECONDS WEST, 67.00 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 56 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EST, 36.70 FEET ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
