RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed July 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-024946 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8, is Plaintiff, and CARLOS MEJIA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 38, GRANT PARK ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
