NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-018482 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE5, Plaintiff, and, ASSUNCAO, MARCO, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 9TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2013 the following described property:
LOT 18, BLOCK 6, OF MARJORY B. & W. E. HAMNER'S FLORILAND, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
