NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-013301-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Dwayne Warren, Sheree Warren AKA Sheree Lynn Leppinen, United States of America Internal Revenue Service, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 26th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 8, BLOCK C, KAREN ACRES, ACCORDING TOTHE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
