Plaintiff, vs.
GARRETT R. BELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARRETT R. BELL, IF ANY; TENANT #1; and TENANT #2, as unknown tenant(s) in Possession,
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case Number 13-002874-CO, in the County Court of PINELLAS, Florida, wherein ENCLAVE AT SABAL POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and GARRETT R. BELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARRETT R. BELL, IF ANY, TENANT #1 and TENANT #2 AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are the Defendants.
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 A.M. online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 23rd day of August, 2013, the following described real property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, as set forth in the said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 108, of ENCLAVE AT SABAL POINTE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 15143, Page 343, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
