NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12012888CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005 1 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005 1, is Plaintiff and Robert E. Wainman, CitiMortgage, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Robert E. Wainman, Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 29th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 38, Edgemoor Estates, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 45, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
