NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-05754 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Washington Mutual Asset-Backed Certificates WMABS Series 2007-HE2 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Patricia Tyner Burrell, Manekeno Burrell, Patriot Square Condominium Association of St. Petersburg, Florida, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 46, PATRIOT SQUARE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3929, AT PAGE 725 AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4020, AT PAGE 1274, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 55, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
