NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 19, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-010025-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and MILTON MASSANET, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on August 22, 2013, at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 39, MEADOW LAWN SEVENTH ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL THE LANDS LYING BETWEEN THE NORTHERLY EXTENSION OF THE SIDE LINES OF LOT 5, BLOCK 39 AND LYING BETWEEN THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 5 AND THE WATERS OF THE LAKE.
