NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 18, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-011652-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER D LAMBERT, LISA LAMBERT, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S), are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on August 22, 2013, at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
