NOTICE OF PRESERVATION OF THE DECLARATION OF
COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR
NORTH RIDGE
Pursuant to Florida Statutes §712.05, Countryside North Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., whose post office address is Countryside North Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., 30725 U.S.. Hwy. 19 North, Suite 110, Palm Harbor, FL 34684, files this notice that the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for North Ridge has been preserved for thirty (30) years from the filing date of this notice. A copy of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for North Ridge, along with amendments to same as adopted from time to time, is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “A”.
Approval of the preservation of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and for North Ridge was approved on APRIL 6, 2013 by a vote of at least 2/3 of the members of the Board of Directors of Countryside North Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., conducted at a meeting after notice to the members of the Association pursuant to Florida Statutes §712.05.
An Affidavit of Delivery to Members was made by the Secretary or other appropriate officer of Countryside North Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., pursuant to Florida Statute §712.06(b) and is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “B”.
The Land affected by this notice is as described on the Plats of Countryside - Tract 93 - Phase I recorded in Plat Book 86, Pages 62-64, Countryside - Tract 94 - Phase I recorded in Plat Book 86, Pages 65-67, and Countryside Tracts 92/93-II, III/94-II, III recorded in Plat Book 87, Pages 6-10, respectively, all of the Public Records in and for Pinellas County, Florida.

The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me this 16th day of April, 2013 by Walter Johnson, as President of Countryside North Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-Profit corporation, on behalf of the corporation.
