Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 2, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 9, BLOCK 19, JUNGLE TERRACE SECTION B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8021 28TH AVE. N, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33710; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on August 22, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
